Very seamless transition from other similar softwares which made it easy for everyone to wrap their heads around, with a few added features that sweetened the deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Agentforce Energy and Utilities (formerly Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud)?
There are a few features other softwares have that this one would benefit from but overall I don't have any real complaints. The price could always be better, but I feel there's sufficient value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
