What do you like best about Agentforce Energy and Utilities (formerly Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud)?

- Out-of-the-box Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud(Vlocity) components solve many business scenarios without the need to code

- Omni channel by design

- Vlocity integration capabilities with apps and API

- Omni Script, Data raptor, Integration procedures, Calculation matrices, etc.

- You can build a Customer 360 view within the console with all features to make the Sales process easier

- Process engine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Energy and Utilities (formerly Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud)?

- Pricing can be a bit more competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce Energy and Utilities (formerly Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?

- It is one of the best decisions we made to implement Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud(Vlocity) for our CPQ and Sales process

- We integrated our Quote/Order flow with Docusign to make the contract process seamless

- We implemented dynamic contract templates using Vlocity document templates

- We were able to able to integrate our internal applications using APIs using integration procedures

- Our flow had multiple steps which were orchestrated using Omni scripts with validation rules built into it.
