I found AgentFire incredibly helpful in bringing our brand to life. The team was great at understanding our vision and executed it perfectly, better than I expected. I really appreciated the support and communication across different departments, especially the work done by Burke in designing our brand and Steve Vidick in putting together our website. The ease of use with tools like Dropbox and their website tool made it simple to open files, approve them, and make changes before sending them back. I also appreciated the easy initial setup with Steve and Alexandria's help and the overall streamlined experience that resulted in a beautifully designed website. The one thing that could be improved is the support process once the site goes live. Some support questions took a day or so to get a response, which wasn't terrible, but a speedier process would be nice.
