What do you like best about Agency360?

I can record all materials covered in training online, and access it from anywhere I have internet. I do not have to sign each activity completed in a day on a piece of paper, and I do not have to write out summaries of the day's training on paper, I can type it up instead. I can see how other trainees are doing with their respective trainers without asking for a copy from the other trainer, to prepare for when the trainee comes to me for an additional phase of training. If I forget what we have not covered yet, I can search the materials and see what hasn't been signed off of with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agency360?

Unable to move trainee's phases to match where they actually are, if training phases must be done out of order. Hard to search for assignments unless you know the exact wording of what you're looking for, which can become frustrating if I use a different term to refer to an operation than the coordinator does who programs the list of assignments. What problems is Agency360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Agency360 allows trainers and trainees to access the daily observation reports from wherever they are. If the trainer or trainee cannot or forgets to complete a form, they can access it from their phone or at home computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
