What do you like best about AfterShip?
Still new to the software, but it seems easy to learn. I'm looking forward to managing all our returns in one place. It seems like they need a price plan in between the Essentials and the Pro plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about AfterShip?
Chat support is helpful although the first agent wasn't as helpful as the most recent one. I wish I would have reached him sooner. Turned out our issue was just a setting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
