What do you like best about AfterShip?

We are happy to be able to manage shipping and returns from the same dashboard and branded tracking and return pages enabled us to have modern setup for our customers at affordable rates. Customer service is top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AfterShip?

Overall, we have not found any issues with AfterShip. Only, if they would include their AI Predicted EDD to essential bundle or enable customers to buy this addon as extra instead of it's availability only in premium plan, that would have been a really great feature to have. What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you?

AfterShip enabled us to keep track of our shipments and returns with greater ease, to provide our customers with modern interface. for order tracking and returns and helped us increase our overall efficiency. Special thanks to AfterShip customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
