They offer a variety of very affordable hosting services to suite a variety of needs, from Email Hosting, to Domain Pointing, Website Hosting etc.

The ClientZone account management dashboard has a great user interface where you can view and manage all of the different web assets you have with them. Upgrading, and downgrading packages can be done easily from this dashboard.

If you are not very tech savvy, Afrihost support are great in helping you out both via email and over the phone. I've been a small business customer with them for almost 10 years, and have generally had a great experience with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You do need to have some technical expertise or be willing to spend some time googling things if you are a small business, don't have an IT department and don't want to reach out to the customer support every time you want to do something.
