What problems is Affiniv Customer Feedback Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

We run a customer survey for "Improvement & Suggestions" for an e-commerce project. The form includes encouraging customers to provide suggestions for enhancements or new features with any specific improvements they'd like to see in the products. After this survey, we make a new strategy for our jewelry and casual wear section products.
