Affinity’s biggest advantage for me is having relationship and deal information organized in one place instead of having to piece it together from emails, spreadsheets, and separate notes. The interface is fairly clean and easy to navigate, and the network data makes it easier to see who I know, past interactions, and potential connections. I also find the integrations useful for keeping information connected to the tools I already use, while the AI features can save time on things like preparing for meetings and finding relevant relationship context. Overall, it feels like a practical tool for keeping deal workflows organized without adding too much manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside for me is that Affinity can take some time to set up properly, especially when you’re getting used to the workflow and integrations. Some parts of the interface can feel a little busy, and I’d like more flexibility around integrations and customization. The AI features are useful for certain tasks, but they still have room to become more reliable and helpful across the whole workflow. Pricing can also feel harder to justify for smaller teams that may not use all of the available features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
