What do you like best about Affinity?

Affinity is a highly intuitive CRM platform, particularly well-suited for venture capital workflows. Its excellent Gmail integration enables seamless information sharing across the team, strengthening collaboration and transparency. Customer support is consistently responsive and effective, providing timely solutions to most inquiries. What do you dislike about Affinity?
