I LOVE THIS SOFTWARE!!!" 4.5/5 What do you like best about Affinity Designer? Like any design software, it's a lot to take in if you are brand new and trying to teach yourself. But the interface was SO much less intimidating than photoshop. I felt comfortable exploring in Affinity. I didn't even know what a vector was nor how to work using layers when I embarked on the "YOU WILL LEARN THIS, DAMNNIT" journey of self teaching. I absolutely love love love Affinity. What problems is Affinity Designer solving and how is that benefiting you? By learning graphic design by exploring Affinity Designer, and going from knowing nothing about design programs, I can now say that I was able to pick it up at the quick rate I did because this program isn't overloaded with too many options upon passing glance at the interface. That's not to say that it can't provide you with all the options a heavy program like Photoshop can provide you with, (and boy does it), it just doesn't overinandate you with EVER option in the opening interface. Which I know helped me. I use Affinity Designer for ALL my design needs from designing my business cards, to the graphics on my website, to flyers for gigs, to making graphics for social media...my one stop shop is Affinity!
