What do you like best about Aesthetix CRM?

The CRM itself is a great tool for my medspa. We switched from another medspa-specific CRM provider and the difference is night and day. It is clear Aesthetix was built by people with a deep understanding of what aesthetic businesses need in a CRM. It is easy to use and has every CRM feature we could need. I think what truly sets Aesthetix apart though is the incredible onboarding and support team. Their expertise and enthusiasm was a huge help in getting up and running quickly. What do you dislike about Aesthetix CRM?

We haven't encountered many issues so far. The support team has been quick to help us step through anything that tripped us up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aesthetix CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Aesthetix fills in a gap in our business. We have a great solution for medical charting but it was completely lacking in features to help build our pipeline of clients and engage with our existing clients. Aesthetix centralizes all our information so we have a clear view of how well our sales funnel is working, what advertising methods are paying off, and where in our business we need to focus.
