What do you like best about Aesthetix CRM?

What do you dislike about Aesthetix CRM?
They have their own Website Forms that are more integrated than using a third-party form (Gravity Forms for WordPress, in our case). Wish they had the same functionality for both. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
