The biggest drawback lies in its entry training and personalized configuration process. The system itself is powerful and functional, yet adjusting its built-in scheduling logic to match our exclusive production routes, quality inspection nodes and tool usage rules takes far more time than we expected. There are no ready-to-use preset templates specially designed for medium-sized German aerospace manufacturers, so our engineering staff have to finish most parameter settings manually step by step. In most cases, we also need extra professional IT technical support to complete full system tuning.
