"Easy Inventory Management and Time-Saving Integrations with ADvendio"
4/5
What do you like best about ADvendio?

For us, the most important part of ADvendio is inventory management. With ADvendio, our sales team has a clear overview of the quantities available, which helps them a great deal in their day-to-day work.

The system is easy to use for both sales and sales support, so they can move smoothly from an opportunity to a closed order and then on to delivery on their own.

Because of the integrations with platforms like Google Ad Manager and our newsletter system, we’ve been able to automate many steps and save a lot of time.

ADvendio support is usually quick and helpful when we run into issues, whether they’re directly related to ADvendio or caused by changes we’ve made ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADvendio?

Permission management is difficult in Salesforce, and since you need Salesforce for ADvendio, there’s really no way around this issue. For an SME like ours, it feels far too extensive. I understand that all these options can be useful when you have many users and lots of different roles and functions in ADvendio, but for us it’s mostly just frustrating.

If you have specific feature requests, it can take a long time before they get picked up—or they may not get picked up at all. So if you don’t want to wait, you’ll likely need to invest quite a bit of development time to build your own solutions. (Of course all basic features you expect of an AMS are available.)
