What do you like best about Advanced Shipping Manager?

We run a complex combination of products that ship either freight or small parcel and Advanced Shipping Manager (ASM) gives us the ability to easily calculate shipping rates for customers on our eCommerce website better than what Shopify can. The support team at ASM is also stellar. I know them by name at this point, not because anything is wrong with the platform, but because sometimes I need help setting up weird shipping situations. What do you dislike about Advanced Shipping Manager?

The UI/UX is a little outdated, but it's a shipping program, not a forward facing software. Some of the terminology is a little over my head as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Advanced Shipping Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

ASM is solving the issue of calculating freight and small parcel shipping rate calculations at checkout for our Shopify store. Shopify's native shipping calculations can be limiting and ASM improves the functionality a lot. We are able to calculate complex shipping situations quickly and provide customers accurate shipping rates no matter what items they have in their cart. ASM also solves the issue of making sure our margins are correct for us as the shipper. We can control every aspect of our shipping rates from the actual shipment cost to markups and handling fees.
