I like how easy Adpulse is to use and how well it works. The customer service is amazing. They are a small team but they're fairly quick to respond and are also always trying to improve the platform and make it better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is sometimes just a little bit clunky and not as customizable as I would like. And it doesn't integrate with every single ad platform, just the main big ones, which is fine, but if we were to run, like, next store ads or Reddit ads, we wouldn't be able to have all of our platforms connected in there, which is unfortunate. The pricing structure is also unfortunate for companies that run ads on lots of accounts with small budgets (you pay in tiers based on the number of accounts you have).
