What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

ADP workforce is helping us in a lot of ways, especially for onboarding and payroll. The best part is that it makes onboarding much easier because we get to take the help of the employees themselves to collect personal info, whereas in other portals we have to manually make all the entries for onboarding, like personal and private profile creation. ADP is much better than those portals, as it saves a lot of time in onboarding. We just need to send the link to their personal email ID and from there the employee just does all the adaptation of the profile.
