What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

The platform itself is strong and provides excellent payroll, HR, benefits, and workforce management functionality. However, increased transparency around support charges and including routine report assistance within the annual service agreement would improve the overall customer experience and help clients feel they are receiving greater value from the investment.
