The most helpful aspect of ADP Workforce Now is that everything is centralized. We use Payroll, Benefit Time & Attendance, Talent - Performance Database, Compensation Database and Recruitment. Areas such as Time Off and Talent, the tool doesn't let you customize like I want it to. For example, Time Off doesn't stop the employee from going over their accrued hours if they are in between service levels. It allows them to go up to the service level causing overages.
