What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

What I love most about ADP Workforce Now is how dependable it is as our central hub. The interface is really intuitive—employees can handle their own time off requests, pay stubs, and personal info updates without constantly bugging HR. It runs fast, and it works seamlessly with our accounting and time-tracking tools. Right from the start, their onboarding and support teams have been super responsive. What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

I haven't run into any real issues with ADP Workforce Now, mostly because we keep things pretty simple. The basics work fine—no bugs to complain about. If anything, it feels a bit over-built for what we actually need. There are tons of navigation menus buried deep that we'll never touch. But honestly, for payroll and HR, it does the job. ADP Workforce Now keeps all my employee info in one place instead of scattered everywhere. I use it to check my paychecks, update how I get paid, and request time off.
