What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

Ecosystem and Third-Party Integrations: The ADP Marketplace provides a strong ecosystem of pre-built connectors and APIs for accounting packages (such as QuickBooks, Sage, and NetSuite), as well as specialized time clocks and ERP platforms, which helps reduce manual data entry. What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

The main thing I disliked was that resolving complex payroll, tax, or technical issues often meant working through tier-one representatives who didn’t have deep system knowledge. That led to long ticket wait times and inquiries getting bounced around instead of being addressed directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was running a fragmented stack—using one tool or spreadsheet for hours and job timecards, another for cutting checks, paper or separate web forms for onboarding documents, and external portals for health or retirement benefits. Moving data between all of these systems led to errors, duplicate entries, and endless reconciliations.

How It Benefits Me:
