What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

What I like most about ADP is that it’s a platform where I can find all the tools needed for centralized personnel management and HR in one place, without relying on third-party tools, which makes it easier to integrate information. The day by day use is easy because you use the same user interface for different services in the same topic.

This helps reduce costs and creates a single point of support for both managers and employees, which in turn can improve the company’s overall performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

The worst aspect of ADP, in my experience, is its graphical interface. The UI feels old and dated, which is probably meant to preserve familiarity for long-time users. Still, it would be worth considering two options: one that keeps the classic design and another with a more modern look, so users can choose the version they prefer.

At the moment I wrote the review there was no AI support, maybe in the future it will be added Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?

ADP Workforce Now has helped us centralize and simplify how we manage our 300 employees. Before we started using the platform, many HR and payroll processes were handled manually, and information was scattered across multiple systems.

Since adopting ADP Workforce Now, we’ve been able to automate key areas like payroll, employee data management, time and attendance, leave requests, and general HR administration. As a result, we do far less manual data entry, make fewer mistakes, and save our HR team a significant amount of time.

A major advantage is having one dependable source of employee information. Employees and managers can also access details and complete many routine tasks on their own, which further reduces the day-to-day workload on HR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
