It's a solid platform, excellent payroll product with lots of good integration for an overall HR solution. We use several modules, Talent and Recruitment, Benefits, ACA, Reporting and Analytics. The Benefits integration was a game changer for us and the ACA module gives us the confidence that we are getting offerings right. Sometimes updates happen without notice and really change how something familiar works. However, when I find something does work quite as expected or could be improved there is always the Feedback avenue - this is very helpful and I know my suggestions have been taken seriously using this tool.
