"User-Friendly ADP Workforce Now with Seamless APIs and Responsive Support"

What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

ADP Workforce Now is very user friendly. It is able to break down your companies needs down to the job and/or employee. We have multiple connections/APIs set up with ADP which eliminates a lot of manual work. The tech team at ADP is very responsive and knowledgeable. We currently have 2 databases set up with ADP Workforce Now that I am in constantly daily. Working with the Garnishment Team, Wisely Team is always very helpful. Working on set up for new policies is very user friendly and working with the ADP team is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

The only thing I find right now that we would love to have access to is to be able to break down job costing for Salary employees. We have worked with our Account Manager on this issue and appreciate all his help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently working with ADP Account Manager and the GL team to find a way to break down job costing for Salary employees. The pricing for the quality of product we receive from ADP is on target and reasonable. We rarely have technical issues or downtime while using our ADP products.
