I have not found anything to dislike at the moment.

payroll, compliance, I-9 issues and benefits assistance.

Untrained staff and turnover within ADPTS.

Discuss how benefits (medical/dental) are costed

**What problems is ADP TotalSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not have to interview an array of suppliers... medical, dental, time clocks, EPL insurance... to meet our needs.

I used ADP totalsource for a number of work related functions including: timesheet, PTO tracker, benefits managment. It also holds organizational information such as the org chart and documents related to my compensation.

**What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?**

It is helpful that all of the links that are related to my compensation, benefits, etc are all in one place. 

**What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?**

The links to external sites, especially related to commuted benefits and FSA, do not work the first time. The timesheet/PTO tracker is not intuitive to use.

**What problems is ADP TotalSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ADP allows all the information an employee needs to be housed in one place, which is very helpful. However, like stated above, the features don't always work or can be difficult to use.

ADP Totalsourse was a great service for employees to manage their pay, benefits and perks. 

**What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?**

I was able to manage all of my finances from work in one place as well as getting some good discounts. 

**What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?**

The overall cost to the company was very high. . 

**Recommendations to others considering ADP TotalSource:**

Great service but at a steep price. 

**What problems is ADP TotalSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They were able to handle a lot of the HR functions For the company and finances for the employees.

Freeing up our Human Resources staff. Getting us better rates on health & dental insurance. Dealing with potential legal issues with current or former employees.

**What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?**

The support team is always available. The website offers a lot of options for me to get things done.

**What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?**

The service is expensive. There are a lot of features that I haven't fond useful.

Evaluate the costs versus hiring internal staff

**What problems is ADP TotalSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dealing with potential legal issues with current or former employees has been a big benefit.

Helped to track hours to projects and coding we used for billable hours

Ease of use is key. and everything we do with this takes the least amount of time.

**What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?**

nothing.  as I said the software is easy to use....the software us very easy to use and for that we are thankful!

USe a reference program and speak with actual users

**What problems is ADP TotalSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Billable hours are now clear for our accounting and project time and cumulative work

The desktop and mobile app are very to use.

I personally did not have any things that I disliked.

Keeping all benefits organized.

Our company uses ADP Total source for our HR needs including submitting Payroll.

**What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?**

I like that ADP and EZLabor have recently merged, making the payroll submission process easier.

**What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?**

I dislike how quickly ADP logs you out after inactivity.

**What problems is ADP TotalSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ADP has helped streamline our timesheets and payroll process.

**Describe the project or task ADP TotalSource helped with:**

Switch from ADP payroll to Total Source.  Worst decision of my career!
We dealt with some great people in implementation, but their were problems every step of the way.  Other than the implementation specialist nobody seemed to know what they were doing and each problem became an issue. Now a year later, our HR specialist we have is great and seems to help resolve even payroll issues.  But there are some issue that have yet to be resolved and we have been using the system for over a year!

**What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?**

Not difficult to use, and reliable as far as speed goes.  But if and when there are issues or questions, they are not easily fixed.

**What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?**

Pretty much everything.  We have had problems from day 1 and some have still not been satisfactorily resolved.  Every time there is a question or issue, it takes longer than expected to resolve.

**Recommendations to others considering ADP TotalSource:**

Do your homework.  Insist on getting references.  We asked for references and they would not give us any - should have been a red flag.  Make sure you understand how the pricing works - they charge according to $$ not according to number of employees. And read the small print!!

It has helped with a dedicated team to help us through our implementation of a complicated open enrollment with complex benefit plans and merge from 4 payroll company codes into one.

**What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?**

I really enjoy the dedicated team members to help with all different hr functions so they understand the company’s inner working and tribulations that we experience. I also like that we will receive quicker response times as we always need items to be completed in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?**

I dislike sometimes that things are missed from the team and that response times can be lengthy. We also experienced a lot of issues during implementation and had to use our current staff to ensure that we were up to date with all pending items.

ADP TotalSource helps us manage several human capital processes and capabilities, with a very good interface and easy to use functionalities.

**What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?**

The interface, the easy to use functionalities and centralized information which helps us keep tracking of everything.

**What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?**

It is not a problem, but there are tons of functionalities which I still have to discover regarding the tool.

Used for payroll purposes. It's very user friendly and easy to assist with the mundane and tedious payroll tasks. Helps paying employees with ease and accuracy. 

**What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?**

I like how it's a widely known company and used by numerous businesses across the US in all 50 states, which is helpful for a company that operates in multiple states. Very easy to use and and it's fast and efficient.

**What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?**

There's nothing I dislike about this. It's being utilized.

Would definitely recommend if you're searching for a payroll company that is nationwide and easy to use!

Provides a clean dashboard to provide all necessary information for easy insight of my HR information

**What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?**

The dashboards.  They show my pay, time-off, tasks that I need to complete for HR, time registered during a pay period and etc.

**What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?**

The mobile app isn't the best.  When i log in on my android device, not all the information loads like it does on the web platform

**Recommendations to others considering ADP TotalSource:**

As a user, not owner of the system, it is very clear and easy for me to see all my information from HR on this platform

If you ever have to call them, it is very hard to get a hold of a live person.

ADP is the main program used for employee payroll and time cords.

**What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?**

What I like best is the fact that you can have all of the links within one interface.

**What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?**

What I dislike is that the online version differs a lot from the mobile version.

We are trying to get rid of ADP. It is the worst ATS that we have ever used. ADP should not be used for Recruiting.

There is nothing about this ATS that we like. We use Workforce now for payroll. ADP should not be used for Recruiting.

We dislike every single thing with this ATS. ADP should not be used for Recruiting.

I’ve used ADP with multiple employers. It allowed me to easily access my benefits information, payment details and time off information. 

**What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?**

All my payroll information was always readily available. 

**What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?**

I liked everything about it. Not complaints.
