"Hassle-Free Timesheets and Smooth Payroll in ADP"

What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?

The UI within ADP has made it hassle-free and I only spend a few minutes to submit my time sheets for payroll. Specifically it is great that there is a tracking of each day and it shows flagged hours in red, causing it to be obvious when there are mistakes such as unintended overtime or hours accidentally spent clocked out.

The UX is painless, with minimal lag between switching functions on the system. I have never had a glitch happen, the program performs smoothly at all times, even when our company had a high workload with plenty of employees who may have been using ADP simultaneously.

Any onboarding features are non-intrusive and do not force a user to watch tutorials if they are navigating, and in addition ADP is quite intuitive.. It can intergrate with other programs but I have rarely had use beyond connecting it to my bank account and email, where all funds transfers have been correct and on time.

A benefit to ADP is how quickly it lets you click buttons without needing to load that click, so you can immediately clock in and out when ready without fear that it will place additional minutes between button uses causing you to be late for work or to getting back from a lunch break. Overall ADP is a highly functional tool and I haven't had any major issues with it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?

Up to now with my current time using ADP I have not had reasons to be majorly let down by it, but I do believe it could further improve readability through more color sorting, different font choices available and having a lively sense of design to truly showcase the categorization of its functions. What problems is ADP TotalSource solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using ADP when I would manually need to submit payroll hours by clocking in with a ticket-based machine there could be delays as well as paper copies I needed to keep as receipts. After beginning to use ADP I have had a digital, modifiable and consistently available way to make sure my work hours are counted without errors or needing effort on my part to keep track.

Similarly, since it automatically places funds in my bank account through a digital connection I do not need to submit paper checks to the bank or scan them, a process that could be vulnerable to a check being lost, stolen or damaged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
