What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?

I really like ADP TotalSource because it makes managing the employee side of things simple and convenient. The platform is easy to navigate, keeps payroll and benefits information organized, and gives me quick access to the information I need without having to jump through a bunch of hoops. Overall, it’s a reliable, user-friendly system that makes the administrative side of work much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?

A few things could be improved. Some features can take a little time to get used to, and occasionally it can be difficult to find exactly what I’m looking for without clicking through a few different sections. There are also times when certain processes feel like they could be more streamlined. That said, these are fairly minor issues overall and don’t take away from my positive experience with ADP TotalSource. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ADP TotalSource solving and how is that benefiting you?

ADP TotalSource simplifies a lot of the administrative tasks that come with employment, especially payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and accessing important employee information. Having everything in one place saves me time and makes it easier to stay informed about my pay and benefits.
