What do you like best about ADP Onboarding?

ADP Onboarding is very user friendly and allows us to quickly understand/knowing the team on the very first day of the job.

Also, it helps quick turnaround for the paperwork electronic team. Importantly, can check snapshots for the visual dashboard for onboarding status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Onboarding?

My experience with the onboarding process had been great with the ADP, I didn't find any difficulty although it made things very handy in terms of documentation. So as a user, I did not find any dislike as such. My experience had been smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ADP Onboarding solving and how is that benefiting you?

I felt enormous benefits, such as no hectic tasks or unnecessary meetings with HR administrators for understanding the process to complete documentation. It's very user friendly and simple to understand.

Also, all my status was in one place, no surfing and finding different emails for the same. All things are in a place. Can easily check everything like HR approvals etc whenever want. No reminders to HR for the documentation in the busiest hiring time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
