**What do you like best about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

I appreciate all the external/fringe benefits like Nayya/AI solutions. I appreciate the model that comprehensive services offers.

**What do you dislike about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

With the model, a lot of the process actually takes much longer than doing things manually. Completing payroll is at the disposal of the payroll specialist assigned to your group. If you are assigned a poor specialist then the process can be very tedious. I was more hopeful that the comp services package would provide more comprehensive support including longer term strategic assistance or guidance from ADP on how to refine and improve the payroll process but it doesn't. A lot of the strategic direction or requests for review come from the customer. Additionally, the price of the product outweighs the benefits. The service doesn't save time, nor does it save money.

**What problems is ADP Comprehensive Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been with Comprehensive Services for a year and it has not solved any problems, it's actually created new issues. It's also taking us an extra day to complete payroll so we're actually spending more money, more time, and more energy completing payroll than we were before.

**What do you like best about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

Payroll is easy and quick. It's reliable, accurate, and efficient. Payroll DELIVERY needs some work - couriers are unreliable.

**What do you dislike about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

Where the platform falls short is in its overall user experience and HR functionality. Reporting is powerful but often feels bloated and difficult to navigate, making it challenging to quickly find the information you need. There is no effective way to track employee interactions or maintain a comprehensive employee relations history within the system. Leave management also requires additional paid modules, which can be disappointing if you're expecting a more complete HR solution out of the box.

The learning management options are limited and feel outdated compared to other platforms, and the chat support has not been particularly helpful in our experience. Most issues ultimately require a phone call or support ticket to reach someone who can resolve the problem.

**What problems is ADP Comprehensive Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ADP Comprehensive Services has helped us centralize payroll, employee records, benefits administration, and timekeeping into a single system. The biggest benefit has been payroll processing—it's accurate, reliable, and gives us confidence that employees are paid correctly and on time. The Comprehensive Services model also provides access to HR, payroll, and compliance professionals who can answer questions and help us navigate complex employment issues, which has been a valuable resource for our team.

While there are areas of the platform that could be improved, having a single system to manage core HR and payroll functions has reduced administrative burden and helped us maintain compliance with payroll tax and employment requirements.

**What do you like best about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

I love the turn-key experience that ADP Comprehensive Services provides by handling all our HR services and administrative tasks. It lightens our HR Department's workload significantly. The capability to link time and attendance directly to our payroll process is a huge selling point for us. The system works wonders for tracking PTO policies, and I really enjoy working within the recruitment module, which has streamlined things for us. The great reporting module eliminates the need to manually create and track reports in Excel. Also, being able to link one job opening to several recruitment sites and track candidate status easily is a big plus. Our hiring managers love that they can link their calendars for simple interview scheduling and leave real-time comments on interviews. Fast and friendly customer service stands out, with access to an HR Business Partner at all times, which is incredibly valuable for us as a small, non-profit organization. The integration between our ADP payroll and retirement plan remittance minimizes the time spent on data entry each payroll cycle, as the system does the work for us. ADP continues to provide consistent support and meets the needs of our agency.

**What do you dislike about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

More communications about system upgrades/changes so that practitioners are more prepared for these changes. The look and feel of the recruitment portal has changed several times without notice. Thankfully, the system is pretty user-friendly.

**What problems is ADP Comprehensive Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ADP Comprehensive Services cuts down our administrative time significantly, reducing reliance on Excel by providing easy access to everything. It streamlines recruitment, automates payroll data entry, and offers excellent support, effectively lightening our HR workload.

I value ADP Comprehensive Services for helping with payroll accuracy and compliance, which reduces the risk of errors and issues. This allows my team to focus on more strategic tasks. I appreciate having access to dedicated payroll and HR professionals who are knowledgeable about compliance and labor regulations, which streamlines decision-making and reduces the need for our team to spend time researching. The use of ADP Workforce Now has centralized and streamlined our core HR and payroll tasks such as employee data management, time tracking, tax services, and reporting. Additionally, their quick responses and helpfulness, like resolving issues with viewing retirement accounts, make the service very reliable.

I don't like when cases are closed before a solution is made. The support team kept closing a labor law poster case before it was resolved, which forced us to submit a new case multiple times. This made it hard for us to track the posters.

What I like best about ADP Comprehensive Services is the combination of a centralized HR/payroll platform and access to knowledgeable support. It helps streamline payroll, benefits, compliance, reporting, and day-to-day HR administration, which allows our team to work more efficiently and with greater confidence.

**What do you dislike about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

There is not a major dislike, but the platform can sometimes feel complex because it offers so many features. A more intuitive navigation experience and more streamlined workflows would make it easier to use day to day.

**What do you like best about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

One of the most valuable aspects of ADP Comprehensive Services is the partnership my company has with our HR Business Partner, Dawn Walsh. There are times when we need additional support while making decisions, and having Dawn by our side has been invaluable. She not only helps through her extensive experience, but also keeps us updated on ADP products that have dovetailed well with our business needs.

**What do you dislike about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

Right now, the only thing that comes to mind is that some of the software included with our comp services could use an update. That said, ADP has been proactive about providing updates, so this is really just a minor critique.

**What problems is ADP Comprehensive Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used ADP Comprehensive Services to update our recruitment, hiring, and onboarding platforms. We also implemented new learning modules that were assigned company-wide and participated in OSHA training for the entire field crew. From an HR partnership standpoint, ADP Comprehensive Services has provided guidance, legal information, and experience-based details that have strengthened our recordkeeping and improved our decision-making processes.

I appreciate how ADP Comprehensive Services has helped us streamline our payroll process and improve our local and state tax obligations. It's really helped shorten the amount of time it takes to produce payroll. Having training as well as OSHA support is an added value that was very helpful as we moved forward. My comprehensive services representative has been wonderful in keeping us up-to-date with what needed to be done, and she's been the brightest light in our relations with ADP.

**What do you dislike about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

I think I would offer more levels of comprehensive services so that if you aren't using one aspect of the system you could leave it out without having to pay for it.

**What do you like best about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

I like that ADP Comprehensive Services makes it easy for me to manage payroll and HR functions by keeping all our HR documents in one place, allowing my staff to remotely check-in through an app. I appreciate being able to change, check, and process payroll from one location without using multiple systems. Another thing I like is that when I talked to Chad at ADP, it's actually a person answering my questions quickly. I also like the ease of using the system overall, which encourages me to continue using and expanding our services with them.

**What do you dislike about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

I have to manually fix issues because the app crashes every single day, which makes it difficult for employees to clock in and out. Also, not having a specific person assigned to our account to speak with is a downside.

ADP Comprehensive Services simplifies my payroll processing and centralizes HR documents, allowing my staff to check in remotely using the app and manage everything in one place.

I like that ADP Comprehensive Services has uniformed deductions and processes. The benefits system being housed within the HR system is something our last provider didn't have, and it's a feature I appreciate. I find the knowledge base to be valuable, and the emails informing me when things change are helpful. I also appreciate the support teams who excel in their areas of expertise. I like that the system information is housed on one platform together, streamlining processes.

I would change the tax system so that your uploads would go to one person directly instead of an unnamed individual.

**What do you like best about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

I find ADP Comprehensive Services to be more user-friendly and comprehensive compared to previous solutions. The payroll feature helps me accurately report to government and state tax agencies on time. I appreciate the custom reporting as it allows me to address queries specific to each of our companies. The HR portion, including onboarding and terminating employees, creates efficiencies that save us time. Open enrollment is also a standout feature. Additionally, the general ledger feature is beneficial since different companies have unique general ledger structures.

**What do you dislike about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

Maybe more one-on-one help when something doesn't work the appropriate way. Cross training between departments so we're not being transferred all the time from one dept to another.

ADP Comprehensive Services helps me accurately report payroll to tax agencies and creates custom reports for our needs. It's user-friendly for HR tasks like onboarding and terminating employees, saving us time. Their custom reporting and GL functionalities are really beneficial.
