What do you like best about ADP Comprehensive Services?

I appreciate having a dedicated team to assist me with Benefits, HR, Workforce Technology and Payroll. They know me and I know them. It is a relationship, not transactional. Even their backups are extremely helpful.

I also love having a dedicated HR Business Partner, Melissa Rannalli. She helps me in more ways than just a business partner. We speak of trends and how to be proactive in the industry. She has been a life line to succeeding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Comprehensive Services?

SmartCompliance is the one department that I struggle with in the past. I do see that we finally can call in and speak to someone regarding a case. The platform could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ADP Comprehensive Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am appreciative of the benefit carrier feed resolution process. When I have a life event, my benefit specialist is able to expediate changes with the carrier. She follows up on questions that I have regarding the feeds.

I can go to the team with questions or problems and they find solutions. I appreciate my HR specialist because the majority of the time I am calling, I have an issue and she is able to help quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
