What do you like best about AdOpt?

It is a simple and intuitive platform. I was able to do all the configuration by myself, without needing to contact support, from the creation and publication of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use documents to the configuration of the cookie banner. The experience was smooth and quick. Additionally, even on the free plan, it is possible to consult the consent logs, which makes it easier to track acceptances. What do you dislike about AdOpt?

A feature I missed was the ability to manually add cookies in the categorization of tags. In my case, some cookies are only created after authentication on the platform. Although the authenticated scanner can solve this scenario, it becomes difficult to use when the application has two-factor authentication (2FA). It would be interesting if the standard scanner allowed manually registering custom cookies, specifying their characteristics (name, purpose, category, duration, etc.), to address these cases. What problems is AdOpt solving and how is that benefiting you?

AdOpt simplified the adaptation of the platform to the LGPD. Instead of developing its own solution for consent management, policies, and cookie banners, I was able to centralize everything in a single tool. This significantly reduced implementation time, facilitated the publication of legal documents, and brought more security by having the record of user consents.
