What do you like best about AdOpt?

Adopt has been super helpful for our agency. We use it to create quick, easy walkthroughs for the WordPress sites we build, so clients can understand how to use their own site without long training sessions. The no-code setup saves us time, and the tooltips make the handoff process much smoother. It's a great way to add value to our service and reduce support questions. What do you dislike about AdOpt?

If I had to mention one thing, the interface could be a bit more polished in some areas, but it’s nothing that affects usability. Overall, it's a fantastic tool that makes onboarding much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AdOpt solving and how is that benefiting you?

AdOpt helps us solve the challenge of onboarding clients to their new WordPress websites. Instead of spending hours on training calls or writing long manuals, we use AdOpt to create simple in-app guides and tooltips. This makes it easier for clients to learn on their own and reduces the number of support questions we get. It saves us time, improves the client experience, and adds more value to our service.
