I also like how well integrated it is with my computer in the sense that I am able to drag and drop images from my desktop and into Adobe XD. The performance is also great. I have not experienced fatal crashes, and in the event of a crash, Adobe XD preloads my saved work so I can continue from where I left off. In terms of the setup process, I find it very easy because I was able to install it from Adobe Creative Cloud, which already houses all other Adobe products, so finding it is easy. **What do you dislike about Adobe XD?** I feel like its price is too expensive simply because one can not buy a standalone Adobe XD subscription, you can only buy it as part of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite **What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adobe XD has helped me with coming up with designs for our company's products and services, such as our website as well as other internal services. I am also able to test how my designs would look on multiple devices. This is possible because I can connect my phone and computer and view the design on my phone ### 2. I especially like the prototyping experience since it makes creating user flows, transitions, and interactive designs much smoother without needing extra tools. Over time, I’ve designed many UI screens and concepts in XD, and the workflow has always felt comfortable for both wireframing and detailed design work. Another thing I appreciate is how simple the layout and tools are compared to some heavier design platforms, which helps maintain focus during long design sessions. **What do you dislike about Adobe XD?** One thing that has felt disappointing with AdobeXD recently is the slower pace of updates and feature improvements compared to other modern UI UX design tools. While the software is still smooth for prototyping and interface design, collaboration and advanced design workflow features can sometimes feel limited for larger team projects. You can make a few screens, connect them, test a flow, and start explaining the experience without needing to be some expert designer. **What do you dislike about Adobe XD?** What I dislike about Adobe XD is that it feels like it got left behind a little. It was once a really strong tool for beginners and quick prototyping, but now it feels less supported compared to tools like Figma. The least helpful part is when teams are already using something else. Then Adobe XD becomes harder to justify, even if it is easy to use. It's very easy to organize files and import images and other assets from other Adobe programs. The preview mechanism in both mobile and desktop is very useful for refining website designs. I have never had any issues with loading pages or assets, and the software itself is very seamless. I've never had any major issues with the software, but Adobe has been pretty good at replying to any bugs or fixes, with the software being optimized and automatically updated pretty regularly. A very good value for the cost, and a very good alternative for front end development and still being backend development-friendly. **What do you dislike about Adobe XD?** It can't do everything that photoshop, Illustrator, or Indesign can do—so it's best to use those applications for in-depth graphics or text formatting. Photoshop and Illustrator both have decent AI integrations for quick fixes that XD doesn't seem to have as of yet. **What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps non-coding designers design without being obstructed by code in the design process. Also downloading some 3rd party libraries you have assets you can use to create your mocks faster. It's easy to export assets in different formats. As I have my Adobe Cloud account, it's an affordable tool, considering I also use Photoshop, Illustrator, among other Adobe tools. So far, I never experienced an issue that required me to contact support. Even though there is no AI tool for XD, there are for Photoshop and other tools. These help me create better assets. **What do you dislike about Adobe XD?** It's useful for me for creating mocks when I don't need others to collab. But it lacks of real-time collaboration. And it doesn't have a robuts plugin ecosystem. There is no version control. **What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I have used it for many years now, it helps me draft quick wireframes and mockups without the need of a designer. Publishing a browsable link with just a push of a button is quite handy as well. ### 7. It lacks details in text handling and PSD imports, but otherwise, it is excellent. **What do you dislike about Adobe XD?** I don't like that it doesn't have bullet points, I don't like that I can't add .psd files, I don't like that it's very complex to create buttons to spaces or sections since it relies on an anchor system, I don't like that multiple videos can't be played automatically. Being able to create links from screen to screen is helpful for presenting to clients. Changes and iterations are super easy. **What do you dislike about Adobe XD?** Lack of portability. I work in Webflow primarily and there is just not a good solid path from XD to Webflow. A minor, but bothersome is not being able to control where you zoom to when you zoom. **What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can spin up a site design much much faster than I can iterate in Webflow or in static InDesign.
