## Adobe Target Reviews
  ### 1. Powerful Personalization with Strong Adobe Ecosystem Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Target?**

What I like best about Adobe Target is how it brings together strong capabilities across multiple areas. The UI/UX feels structured once you get familiar with it, making it easier to manage activities and track results. Its integrations within the Adobe ecosystem are a big advantage, especially when combining data from different sources. Performance is generally reliable, even for large-scale personalization. While pricing can be on the higher side, the ROI is noticeable when used effectively. Support and onboarding are quite helpful, especially for complex setups. I also like how AI-driven features help with automated personalization and smarter targeting over time.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Target?**

What I dislike about Adobe Target is that the UI can feel a bit complex and not very intuitive at first, especially for new users. There’s a noticeable learning curve, and setting up more advanced activities often requires technical support. While integrations are powerful, they can also be tricky to configure properly. Performance is generally good, but debugging issues or understanding why something isn’t working can take time. Pricing is on the higher side, which may not suit smaller teams, and support responses can sometimes feel slower than expected for urgent issues.

**What problems is Adobe Target solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Target helps address the challenge of delivering relevant experiences to different users, rather than showing the same content to everyone. It makes it easier to test new ideas and understand what actually drives engagement or conversions. For me, it’s been especially useful for identifying what works and optimizing user journeys based on real data instead of assumptions. The ability to personalize at scale also improves the overall user experience, which can ultimately lead to stronger performance on key metrics like conversion rates and engagement.

  ### 2. You pay a premium price for buggy software

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Target?**

Adobe Target might work well if you are on the Adobe stack, if not it's a good idea to stay far away.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Target?**

The UI is old school and one of the worst in the business. If you are not on the Adobe stack the tool is impossible to implement and constantly causes bugs.

**What problems is Adobe Target solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently Adobe Target is not solving anything and we decided to move away.

  ### 3. Effortless AB Testing with Reliable Performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen D. | Software Engineer 1, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Adobe Target?**

I really value how easy it is to set up AB testing, making it possible for me to launch experiments both quickly and efficiently. The initial setup process is straightforward, and as I continue to use the platform, I find it becoming an even more dependable tool. Customer support is always accessible and very helpful, providing effective solutions whenever I encounter any issues.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Target?**

There is a learning curve to using it. It takes time to set up with your organization.

**What problems is Adobe Target solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me split up traffic easily from different domains and has been a lifesaver for being able to split incoming traffic to the site.

  ### 5. Versatile Tool for Personalization and A/B Testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Art B. | Conversion Rata Optimisation Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Adobe Target?**

One of the best aspects of Adobe Target is its ability to easily create and run A/B and multivariate tests across various channels. The platform’s robust targeting and segmentation options allow us to personalize user experiences based on detailed data, which improves conversion rates significantly. Additionally, the integration with Adobe Analytics provides powerful insights that help optimize campaigns in real time. The ease of setting up experiments without needing deep technical expertise is also a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Target?**

While Adobe Target is powerful, it can be quite complex to set up and configure, especially for teams without dedicated technical resources. The learning curve is steep, and some features feel overcomplicated. Additionally, it can be slow to load, and the interface could be more intuitive. Integration with non-Adobe products sometimes requires additional steps, and the pricing can be high for smaller businesses.

**What problems is Adobe Target solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Target helps us solve the challenge of delivering personalized and relevant content to different user segments. By running A/B and multivariate tests, we can identify what works best for our audience, which leads to better conversion rates and improved customer experiences. The ability to target specific user behaviors and demographics has also helped reduce bounce rates and increase engagement. Integration with Adobe Analytics allows us to track performance metrics in real time, helping us make data-driven decisions quickly and efficiently.

  ### 6. Target for Personalization

**What do you like best about Adobe Target?**

Adobe Target is great for our personalization efforts and ultimately does what it needs to.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Target?**

Setting up the targets can be very manual, and a bit of an eyesore. If there's a way to improve the UI or make it less manual (without the addition of more Adobe products), that would be a game changer.

**What problems is Adobe Target solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Target really helps with improving our website in multiple ways - personalization and A/B testing. It gives us great insights and ultimately allows us to test and provide unique and personalized experiences for our users, enhancing engagement.
