## Adobe Stock Reviews
  ### 1. Adobe Stock covers multiple Marketing needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle G. | Training Program Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

The variety of images, templates, video, audio, etc that are readily available to help us with everything from social media to product sheets to videos and more.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

We sometimes struggle with the lack of variation in medical related video. The images are abundant, but videos are repetitive

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We create a lot of video and marketing materials, quite often rapidly. The stock video allows us to fill in gaps where we don't have internal footage. Images allow our graphic designer to step up our product sheets and social media when there isn't time to create from scratch. Stock audio is the perfect finishing touch to our videos

  ### 2. Adobe Stock provides a great asset library to all its users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

Adobe Stock provides a great asset library to all its users

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

I feel that that it is not affordable for everyone.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Stock provides hogh quality stock images and other assets which is difficult to find elsewhere.

  ### 3. The Quality of the Images are A+

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Courtney B. | Multimedia Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

I love the uniqueness of the images in Adobe Stock. They don't seem to be as frequently accessed as some of the other stock platforms and aren't overused. You can also access your images anywhere you can access your Creative Suite!

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

There is nothing I dislike. I love being able to search through stock images and find exactly what I'm seeing in my mind!

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At work, we have a Stock account and use it for all of our marketing materials.

  ### 4. Useful for images but slightly expensive

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhinav D. | Creative strategy manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

The variety of images on the platform are nice, but that's all there is to say really. The images are not of different ethnicities and therefore the variety doesn't really help a lot.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

The fact that pricing model is way too high in contrast with the variety of images. Adobe Stock needs to add a lot more images to their bank to justify the pricing. Also, the fact that the images are not of varied ethnicity just defeats the purpose of the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

You can go for it, but there are much better alternatives available.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some images sourced from Adobe Stock are used in websites and social creatives - however, the quantity and the variety are quite low compared to its competitors.

  ### 5. Adobe Stock Covers Marketing Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle G. | Manager, Marketing & Communications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

The vast library full of images, video, templates, and audio

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

Not as much stock medical video as there are images

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Stock helps our team across the board fill in the blanks when we don't have corporate stock footage available for everything from product sheets and case studies to eblasts, social media and video.

  ### 6. Great stock photos and templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary M. | Marketing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

It's easy to search for what you need and there are tons of results.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

Sometimes the photos are not accurate for the setting they're depicting, particularly in healthcare.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use this for social media posts and paid ads.

  ### 7. Good search functionality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avia K. | Freelance Graphic Designer for Film & TV, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

I find the search functionality highly useful for finding specific kinds of assets. For example, the built-in search filters like "people", "isolated assets", "horizontal/vertical", "colors", etc. I also like being able to reverse image search. The assets are high quality and even the preview downloads are higher resolution than you would expect. There is a lot of crossover between assets you can find on other stock sites and this one.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

The library is only about 60–80% as robust as you might find on other, more established stock websites. I also wish that search filters would keep applied from one search to the next, so I didn't have to reset my filters while I adjusted the keywords I was searching.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For a design project I was working on, I needed very specific subject matter, and I needed all the photo assets to have white backgrounds or to be easily cut out. Adobe Stock turned out to be the best solution because of its search functionality. If you need something really specific, Adobe Stock is a good way to go.

  ### 8. Covers every Image needs for a person

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anurag J. | Assistant Manager Instructional Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

Adobe Stock is one of my go-to websites when it comes to sourcing stock images, illustrations, infographics or videos for your E-learning module needs.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

The searching of the images can become cumbersome at times given the amount of repository they have.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me in sourcing stock images, illustrations, infographics or videos for your E-learning module needs.

  ### 9. No brainer is you already have the creative cloud account.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

I like that it comes with the CC account that you already have. I also like how you can request picture format options. The vector options are way better than the leading competitor.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

I haven't been able to find faults in this program.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to find stock imagery that is in a specific aspect ratio. This helps me find ultra-wide photos and portrait photos. This makes finding the right image faster than Getty.

  ### 10. Comprehensive source for photos, templates, music, and videos.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leigh F. | Digital Training & Communications Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

Adobe Stock has some of the highest quality stock photos included in their base subscription. I can always find what I'm looking for, even if I need something very unusual or specific. I'm very appreciative of all the Illustrator and InDesign templates available. There are a ton of different templates for print projects like brochures and pamphlets.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

I wish there were a few more music options. There's a lot, but a wider selection would be nice. I would love it if Adobe Stock expanded to include sound effects in the future as well.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For my job, we need photos and vector illustrations for our website, newsletters, general communications, and for developing e-learning courses. There's no way to get the wide berth of images with a consistent visual style with free resources.

  ### 11. Great supply for those that make content!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

The variety is really nice, and the ability to easily integrate it all into Adobe CC is very handy.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

I wish I could pause my membership while I use my "bank" of unused credit.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

The membership is key when you are making a content calendar and publishing editorial.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a variety of images and vector files. I am constantly inspired by the templates as well.

  ### 12. Adobe Stock

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert F. | Creative Services Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

The upside to using Adobe Stock is the large volume of stock material they offer, as well as how easy it is to use alongside other Adobe products. The quality of the photos and videos on Adobe Stock is equal to, or better than other stock sites I have used in the past.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

May be user error on my part, but it would be nice if there was a way to pull up the assets that you have previously downloaded a preview of but haven't yet licensed. (Am I missing that option somewhere?)

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For many of the design projects I work on, stock video, audio, photography and/or graphics are required. The ability to search and quickly find the assets I need saves time, and the quality of the assets improves the overall design.

  ### 13. Integration with Creative Cloud is a game changer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

I like the extensive image options available, from photos to illustrations. It is very easy for me to find just the right assets to use in my designs. And the license history makes it easy to keep track of what has already been downloaded.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

I do not like the fact that video footage costs extra. We pay Adobe a LOT of money and there should be some way to leverage unused image credits towards video footage and there isn't. So buyer beware!

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With multiple users having access, it makes it easy for a team to grab the assets they need instead of one person being the designated gatekeeper. If there is ever an issue with a photo "supposedly" being used without permission, the licensing console makes it easy to see who downloaded the image and when, saving your company from any copyright infringement hassles.

  ### 14. Great resource with a lot of options

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bailey B. | Project Manager and UX Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

The vast number of options available and the search functionality make it so that you are almost always able to find the right resource for the project that you are working on. The option to view similar photos is extremely helpful, especially when you need multiple photos featuring the same subject.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

Sometimes the search terms can be a little overloaded with generic tags and clutter the search. Additionally, sometimes your search can get bogged down by overly "stock" looking photos. If you are looking for a more natural or candid shot, sometimes Adobe Stock can miss the mark.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can quickly find photos for comps and mockups, as well as create mood boards for all sorts of different projects. This allows for quick search and related photos make story building easy.

  ### 15. Adobe Stock

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

Adobe Stock is a great resource for finding stock photos, illustrations, and videos. It is very similar to other stock photo sites out there, except Adobe Stock integrates with the Adobe Creative Cloud. Any asset you purchase is saved to your Adobe Account. This also includes any collections that you create or images you save. It's also easy to try out assets in your project, before committing to purchasing it. I like that Adobe Stock has expanded to include other downloadable assets including fonts, audio files, and other plugins and assets for Adobe Creative Suite applications.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

The price point could be better to compete with some of the stock photo sites that have been out there for much longer. The photo collection is not so unique compared to other stock photo sites.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Adobe Stock, I can easily identify quality images to include in my design projects. Since Adobe Stock is connected to my Adobe account, I can save space by storing the images on my Adobe Creative Cloud account instead of clogging up my local hard drive space.

  ### 16. Great stock site, just needs a bit more in audio & video

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roel T. | Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

Easy to use as company if you already use Creative Cloud

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

Needs more in audio & video, and for some cases better resolutions

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Need to do lot of photoshoots, which of course is way more expensive

  ### 17. Easy to find stock images with attributions built in.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan G. | Personal Branding Photographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

The entire breadth of photos that are in Adobe Stock's library is incredible. I can always find a stock photo for a project or blog post. It never lets me down.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

You have to be careful in searching for stock photos. Not everything is free, nor is everything royalty-free. So you must pay attention to the images you're pulling down.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm getting content in a pinch when I don't have time to shoot the stock photography myself. It helps with blog posts or even item listings. It's been a time and money saver.

  ### 18. Do not even opt for a trial! Rip off! Worst customer service.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sowmini S. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

I could find similar assets on 50 other websites. Worst customer service! They kept lying about my account and conveniently "dropped the call" when I patiently explained the issue.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

I opted for a trial period with two of my email ids & I am a student. After the trial period,it asked me $30 something for cancellation, or it's a one-year commitment.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

Better customer care, not forcing me to use the account once I start a trial. Please don't trick me!

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None! Except I have lost about $600 already and no one in the customer care would help me cancel the accounts. Rip off!

  ### 19. Images for every project!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David V. | Multimedia Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

I always find what I need with Adobe Stock--whether it's high-quality photographs, editable logos/elements, or sheets of ready-to-use icons. The price is reasonable, and the selection is seemingly endless.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

There's not too much to dislike. I'm able to maintain the licenses of my assets, and there's always something new, so the content is never stale. I can't say there are many improvements that need to be made!

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using Adobe Stock I'm able to get all of the high-quality images, icons, and logos that I need for each project without wasting time having to create the content myself.

  ### 20. The Best Stock Photos Around

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connie S. | Content Fulfillment Agent, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

For professional stock photos, Adobe is always our go-to. From quality editorial photos to illustrations and vector files Adobe stock has just the image you need. They make it simple to create visual ad campaigns that span months with photos shot in series to keep your branding on point. I've never not found exactly the image file I was looking for. The platform is easy to access and navigate so we can send clients to choose their own images to make sure messaging and images are always on point. PNG files allow you to create images that don't look like "stock" and let you get creative with imagery for any given campaign. I absolutely love Adobe Stock it never lets me down.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

I don't have a lot of dislikes here. The photo and image files are always clean, well lit and easy to locate.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

For high-quality image files, there's no better platform. Easier to use than Getty Images, higher quality than Upsplash or Pixaby. They have a lot of great drone footage in their video library and anything you could want in the PNG, vector, illustrator and editorial image libraries.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe stock lets us access regional images as well as editorial images making it perfect for creating headers for articles from our newsroom to our client's blog pages. We can't always send out our photographers to get every shot we need so having access to Adobe Stock ensures that the images that go with our stories, as well as our ads, are always just right.

  ### 21. As a buyer is great, as a creator it's quite bad

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonatan T. | Diseñador gráfico, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

It is a big portal and already have a lot of quality content uploaded in it

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

For a creator, it gives you a poor compensation and it also doesn't give you any clues like would do freepik on what type of content is best

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bought some images, and uploaded some too

  ### 22. Great Stock Options for any Creative Needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan B. | Creative Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

I love the variety of assets that are accessible to me for any creative needs. I will often use photos as inspiration to go and get my photos as well as use lots of the stock options available for my needs. The most helpful part of using Adobe Stock is the access to Illustrator, EPS, and PNG files. Those templates allow me to create new designs and new content based on inspiration and ideas I get from Adobe Stock. Another huge benefit to Adobe Stock is that the assets roll over in to the next month, allowing you to get multiple assets all at once. I have more than enough assets currently and am ready to get whatever I need when I start a big project.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

My only complaint with Adobe Stock is the lack of assets available to me for download. I often look for a very specific photo, design template, or Illustrator and it is often unavailable.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

Use specific terms when conducting your search, the more specific you are, the better your results will be. Use it for everything, even little things like logos. There are so many assets that are right at your disposal. The subscription is totally worth it and the assets roll over Into the next month.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm solving several problems, specifically having my needs met for new assets. Most of the assets I use are design templates that allow me to design social graphics for my company.

  ### 23. Great resources for design work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

I love the variety of design resources available to be used by creatives for projects. Whether as a whole or as elements, i can be sure to find something i can use in a project.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

The pricing, it's quite expensive at $30 per month aside from the adobe subscription itself.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Design resources for projects and vector files, backgrounds, stock photos

  ### 24. Expensive to buy but offers lots of free assets!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordanna B. | Communications Contractor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

The quality of assets on Adobe Stock are unbeatable. You can get everything from images, to brochure templates, to video transitions, and more! There is stock assets for almost every Adobe CC program. Even if you don't download an asset, you can save it to an unlimited amount of libraries which makes it great when you're looking for inspiration for a certain project.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

If you want to buy assets it's SO expensive. Well, I guess Adobe CC itself is expensive too (I pay for the full suite) but it's hard to justify buying stock when there is so much free stock available. Adobe Stock does have a nice selection of free assets and 10 free for your first month but after that it's just a cash cow unless your client needs something super specific.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inspiration and template galore! One of the best things I ever did when I started my agency was sign up for Adobe Stock newsletters. You get emailed inspiration ideas and free templates! I usually go in and license and save all the free templates to my various libraries. That way, when I'm going to work on a project in Illustrator, or Premiere Pro I can see what templates I've licensed and use those to get me a head start on the project.

  ### 25. Super easy to use and a huge time saver

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zac R. | Interaction Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

I love that Adobe Stock integrates directly into the Adobe products I use. This makes it really easy to try images before purchasing. I also love that my Creative Cloud account includes Adobe Stock. This is a huge time saver on all my projects. I can grab the assets I need and move on.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

I dislike how Adobe Stock integrates with the Adobe libraries. The libraries get filled with random stock images and quickly get disorganized. This makes it difficult to find purchased images from Adobe Stock directly in some apps.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to work much quicker with the help from Adobe Stock assets. This increases our productivity and effectiveness tremendously.

  ### 26. Great graphics, photos, videos and templates for every need

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David H. | Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

The quality of images is a cut above every other stock service I have used.
Easy access that integrates with Adobe apps.
Unused subscription credits roll over/accumulate so I never lose value in my investment.
Saves a ton of time and energy to create content.
Helps us create content on time and under budget.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

Cost to get stock video is prohibitive for a small company, however the quality is very high.
Occasionally I see the same images I've used in another companies publications. Great images get used a lot.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time = money. We are a small company, we all wear many hats. Nobody has the time to go out and make quality photos/videos. We rarely have the time to design high quality brochures, social media content and any other graphic deliverable. Adobe Stock is by far the best solution to get the assets we need to create high quality content, quickly and under budget.

  ### 27. Adobe Stock: Breadth & Depth of High Quality Photos

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ty W. | Global Employee Experience Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

What I like the best about Adobe Stock is the overall quantity and quality of their photos. I've used several other stock photo websites and Adobe Stock is by FAR the best. I would highly recommend it above other stock photo websites because you can enter in so many unique search terms and add a color at the end and they will filter based on that specific color (which is something I do often so that I can stick to my organization's brand colors). I also like that when I find an image that is close to what I want to use I can click a button to find "similar images" to search other images that are just like that image.

Another huge benefit is the fact that Adobe lets you download a free preview so you can work with that as a test to see if it will fit the article or graphic that you are working on. It is lower resolution and has a watermark, but I find this very helpful if I can't quite envision what an image will look like within the website we are working on.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

My least favorite thing about Adobe Stock is that you can't search through your download history. With multiple team members on our account there are others who download awesome images that I might want to use, but to see their download history I have to scroll through every chronological download from each team member. I wish you could search your own download history, because I also forget what pictures I have downloaded.

More recently, Adobe has started mixing in stock footage in with the photos, I would prefer that they remain totally separate. When I search for a photo I want a photo and when I want video I will search for video.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

When using Adobe Stock I would recommend that you search for 1-2 keywords at a time. The more key words you add the harder it is to get a good size of results. Also try using synonyms or words similar to your initial search term if you don't find what you are looking for right away. Also, when you hover over an image if it starts moving it is actually stock footage (video) and not a stock image.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company often needs stock photos for promotional materials on both internal and external communications. We use Adobe Stock to find those images that fit the story or message that we want to deliver when we cannot capture our own image or graphic that would help tell the story. For example, when we post articles related to Ethics, Compliance, Operations, Quality or other general topics that usually don't already have outstanding visuals associated with the content, we will go to Adobe Stock to find the image that we need to help support the article.

With the COIVD pandemic it has also been a great source to get images related to health and safety and vaccines.

  ### 28. Only One Real Complaint

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan C. | Freelance Photographer/Videographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

Adobe Stock has a really good variety of images, both photography and vector files. There has really only been a couple of times when I couldn't find an image that I needed for the specific project I was working on, but honestly that was not their fault since I was trying to find an editorial style image that I could use for commercial work and those are hard to come by on any stock site. I imagine that other stock sites do this as well, but it's nice that they include a file number watermark on the preview images so that it's easy to track down the correct image when a client sends me a downloaded preview of an image that they'd like me to use for them.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

I only have one major complaint about Adobe Stock and that is this. I have a 10 image a month subscription and after a couple of years I have amassed quite a few extra images since I don't always use 10 a month. Well, if you cancel the subscription you lose those extra images that you've paid for but haven't used yet. It would be nice to not pay for a few months and use up the back log of images and then start paying again when needed.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've saved countless hours of work by using and modifying pre-made vector graphics instead of creating everything from scratch. Attempting to use "free" stock assets is extremely limiting and that pool is quite shallow so having access to such a broad range of photography when needed has been really helpful as well.

  ### 29. Very useful resource just be careful with plans

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

The solution has a wide selection of content and I have been able to find appropriate stock photography images for all relevant pages on our site. This is generally achieved through the powerful search functionality that finds suitably tagged images, although on occasion I find myself having to search multiple times with wording/phrase variances to find the image that I want. I don't think this is necessarily Adobe's fault, though.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

I wasn't happy that I forgot to make a note to proactively cancel the trial, and then Adobe rolled me straight in to a full 1 year term. When I looked at cancellation the early termination penalties were so high it was better to just stick with it. Personally I would much rather see an engagement process where at the end of the trial the product stops working and then you have a choice to proceed or not. Rather than being locked straight in.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

Adobe Stock is of course a big name in the space and the product has lots of content and is very easy to use. I would recommend however making a note of your trial expiry date, as Adobe just rolled me straight in to a 1 year term and the cancellation penalties are high so I just stuck with it.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to get a lot of content for our new website. We are in the process of outlining the wider products and services we are able to provide which of course covers quite a large ecosystem due to being a Managed Services Provider across telecommunications and IT. While we do have partner marketing resources from many vendors these tend to be product specific or branded and therefore don't always fit with our objectives. Adobe Stock provides a neutral imaging resource for us.

  ### 30. Adobe Stock has Everything You Need

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chaitra Z. | Business Process Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

I like the variety of images available to license and love the collections feature to help search for the just right image after finding something "close" to what you are looking for.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

I dislike the difficult searching. It requires simple word searches and then the use of filters to get the most comprehensive results. I think the that the search feature could be vastly improved upon.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

You will absolutely find the images and footage that you need. Be patient and use lots of search terms to ensure that you have a complete picture of what is available before making a selection. It is wise to use the "collections" feature if you think you are getting close but are not quite there yet on an image. They have great artists that have a multitude of similar images available within a particular category.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Licensing of images for basis of design work or licensing of photography when I am unable to produce the photo image I am looking for.

  ### 31. Great platform for stock photography!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

Adobe Stock has a tremendous selection of photos and allows you to find just about anything you would need.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

I've run across very few instances where I couldn't find something, so not much to speak of here!

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

One of the top platforms for stock photography out there, I highly recommend!

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stock photos are affordable and great quality!

  ### 32. A great way to download images for a Marketing team - but has some drawbacks!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

It has a lot of choice for images and lets you re-download them for free whenever you want to. It has an ok search function and allows you to see similar pictures from the same artist. It shows you the format it will be downloaded in and is very quick to use once logged in. You can also search by the type of image you want - like a vector - which is a very useful feature!

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

It doesn't show similar images when you click on one - only the ones by the same artist. The search seems a bit harder to use than other platforms but does have a lot of choice. It's sometimes easy to slip and click download on an image you didn't want - you don't have to verify you want to use a credit which can be frustrating. They could also make it clear what format is being downloaded and the size/ quality of the picture as this changes a lot.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

Play around with the search to find a way to suit you. Make sure you check what the image file is before downloading - its not always super clear and then not the right format.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to quickly download assets and edit them together for marketing campaigns when we don't have time to get a photo shoot done. There are images for everything you could need and pretty good choice. Overall its quick and easy to use and all the team are able to use it without training.

  ### 33. Adobe Stock - Stock at your finger tips

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Fine Art | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

I like that it is user-friendly, and appears to be updated often

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

I feel it cost more than other stock agencies.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Searching and purchasing stock images for clients or for personal use, in an easy, user-friendly environment.

  ### 34. Find every image you will ever need!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madeline L. | Associate Workplace Strategist & Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

Great quality images, large selection of images to choose from and pricing options. Your first 10 are free and they allow you to download a preview of the images before purchasing to try out in your presentations so you can try it out before you buy!

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

Saving images for later to different libraries is not the best - you have to move one image at a time to the particular library.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All images I need for presentations in one place. The wide variety of images and collections is helpful to tailor my presentations to any client.

  ### 35. Adobe Stock Rocks!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

As a paid service, Adobe Stock has better quality and more relevant stock photos than the non-paid services

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

The price. I only needed it for one photo for a website hero image but had to go through a whole account set-up, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

Sure, why not. It iis great for bigger projects

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed a new hero image for a website home page

  ### 36. Adobe Stock Review

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew T. | Technology Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

The quality of photos, along with pretty much all of the Adobe Stock assets, are excellent. There is an enormous number of assets to choose from, it is a very rare instance where I cannot find anything usable.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

While Adobe Stock assets are great, the payment scheme for Adobe Stock is rubbish. With options of $30/mo for 3 assets/mo or $30/mo for 10 assets/mo it makes no sense. Beyond that, as part of the usage agreement, if you pay for but don't use all of your credited assets you lose ALL of the unused credits if you cancel. Even though you already paid for them... Adobe really needs to change that so you can at least keep the credits you paid for, used or unused.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

The quality of assets is excellent, as I mentioned, just be aware of what you are paying for when you are subscribing.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typically food photos for when we are missing in-house photos of our products. Also, vectors are a big one for various projects.

  ### 37. A sufficient choice

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen Brent M. | Co-Chair, Marketing Edge and Agency Forum, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

I am always able to find something I need when searching for images or vectors, and it is generally easy to find what I'm looking for. The few times I have used the image search function, it pulled up the exact image I was using as the source which was really great.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

Adobe Stock contains a lot of the same images you find on iStock or Shutterstock, and while I am not expecting the higher-end level of images found on Getty, I do feel that sometimes the options are lacking. I always worry I am using the same images as 1,000 other people.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

As long as you're not looking for ultra-high-end exclusive photography or custom illustrations, Adobe Stock should suit all your needs.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small agency, we don't have the resources or type of clients that spend tens of thousands of dollars on photography, and using a service like Adobe Stock allows us to have access to professional images without worrying about the cost.

  ### 38. Many graphic elements that I can use in my work as a graphic designer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** José Carlos R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

With the monthly subscription, I have access to thousands of files that I can use in my daily work. The number of images I can download for the cost of the subscription is high compared to other stocks I used before. The vast majority of the images have good quality and high resolutions, so I can use them for web display or high-quality printing.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

It is an excellent stock of graphic resources, for me it has been the best stock I have used, I like everything about it.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

It is a very comprehensive stock of graphic content, for my team and for me it is the best site to find support material for our daily work.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have always had graphic resources available for my work, such as photographs, illustrations, and videos. When needed, I can do my work faster since the content is of very good quality, and upon downloading them, they remain stored in my profile to download again or change the download format.

  ### 39. Good but Beware

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Theophilus W. | Programming Committee Volunteer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

Adobe Stock does have a lot of options. The price isn't too bad plus you tend to see most content providers have a catalog of images. If you really like a provider you'll tend to like their body of work.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

PLEASE check for photoshopped images. Very recently for a marketing campaign I developed during Covid-19 I saw that many images had photoshopped masks placed on people. This was very annoying and made my search process twice as long. Also their ethnic range isn't so great. I can find tons of images of white people but when trying to find specific black images I have to dig.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

The price point is a little high but if you create constant content it can be very useful. There are a lot of high quality images and high quality footage in Adobe Stock. Just beware of two elements:

A) If you are looking for more ethnic photos it may be hard to find the specific element you are looking to capture
b) Beware of the obviously photoshopped images. If you're not sure if an image is photoshopped or not look through more-images-of-this-model. An original image of the one in question may pop up.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hiring a photographer is good but has it downside. Sometimes I just need a great stock image to portray a concept I am working on. Adobe stock helps me to piece my visuals together and add context to a creative idea.

  ### 40. Locks you in for a one year plan

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

A good amount of stock images to choose from,

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

Locks you in a one year plan. Be very careful signing up.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Looking for stock images.

  ### 41. Much better than other stock sites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan W. | UI/UX Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

I've found Adobe Stock to be much better than other older stock sites like Getty. It's easy to search, almost every photo that pops up is beautiful, and it integrates well with other Adobe software (although I prefer just browsing within Stock itself, instead of through another application). I like how the images are included with your Creative Cloud license - so since I use it for work, I don't have to worry about paying extra for good stock images. I've also used some of the footage (though I don't have as much need for that), and found it very easy to search and use as well. The "similar results" works just as I'd want it to, I find so many perfect pictures that way - start with something close to what you want, then use the similar results to inch closer to what fits the best.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

If you don't have Creative Cloud, it can be expensive, like all Adobe products. But if you rely on stock images for your business, this is probably one of the most cost efficient options, and you know the quality will be good. I don't have any dislikes at the moment, I haven't run into any issues for what I've used it for.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

Consider the cost - there are some very solid free stock websites out there (with various levels of creative licenses) so if you don't need to use it that frequently, or if it's for a smaller company, it might be too pricey.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On our design team, we use stock images mainly in business presentations (Adobe Stock is perfect for testing different ones and being able to swap them out at the last minute without paying more), email communications (the "abstract" selections for stock have been plentiful without being repetitive), occasionally in video productions, and in web design mockups as placeholders for a more permanent solution or graphic.

  ### 42. Best product of Adobe Stock

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keval M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

License account of Adobe stock is very costly. Not everyone can afford it.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

Recommendation of Adobe stock is very natural. Why I not recommend any good website to anyone. I just love Adobe stock.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stock photos of Adobe stock can be used at any website. Every category's photo is available at Adobe stock.

  ### 43. Great for Stock Photos

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken D. | CEO , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

Wide assortment of images and photos for a monthly subscription

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

More than photos per monthly subscription plan.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a robust sample of images to use for business purposes.

  ### 44. Easies stock photo option, especially if you're already using Adobe Suite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

It's so easy...search function is easy to find and works great, download are simple, and integration into Adobe apps seamless

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

Signing in and out of my personal and work accounts can be a little confusing. The credit counts don't always seem to update either unless you reload the page.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

If you're using Adobe CS, DO IT. It makes your life a lot easier.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenever we need stock photos in our design work, we have no issues finding what we need. Whether is a specific request from a client or fulfilling a need we have in house, Adobe Stock has it all.

  ### 45. The place to get the images to use on the main screens and improve the user experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrián H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

There are hundreds of images that I can use without worrying about legal actions for copyright, I can easily find images that look good in vertical format, that represent well the idea that we want to transmit, with a single license we work all designers and we can know who download that photograph and when, not to exceed the limit of downloads per month that we are allowed.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

Some of my searches have not had good results because there are few images or in a format that I can not use because the concept is cut with the edges when it is vertical.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

All graphic designers should have an adobe stock membership, if they do the calculations the savings are large and the time they use to edit them before using them is minimal.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier to support UX designers in the interface designs since it is not necessary to digitally reveal the photographs, a process in which it takes about 30 minutes for touch-ups and contrast balances, shadows, colors. The images are ready to be used in whatever.

  ### 46. Image stock that I can link to adobe software that I use for the development of the user interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel Enrique F. | UI designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

With the help of your search engine, I can quickly find images that I use to perform interface updates, and it also recommends folders of the creators of the content so that if I need images that have shadows, colors and textures in common, I can buy images from the same author.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

There are few images compared to others like shutter stock and they are more expensive, if they could add more content or release the platform so that any artist can sell their photographs would be excellent.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can import the images to adobe XD directly from adobe stock without downloading them and I can always consult them in the cloud for use in adobe creative cloud. Before when I downloaded an image, it was necessary to enter my account of the stock of images in order to download them again.

  ### 47. Great stock photo resource

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andres Quintana a. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

There are many pictures almost the same as the other most popular sites and the cost is very reasonable.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

The cost of the premium photos sometimes is way too high

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

Just double check your budget in case you do a mock up and then realize the photo was a premium one and the client can't afford the price and cancel your project.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mock ups and print designs

  ### 48. The platform I use to get short clips that are useful for institutional videos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santiago R. | Graphic designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

The preview of videos is fast, just by passing the cursor from the thumbnail you can decide if you access the detail, what a video editor like me is looking for is to be facilitated as much as possible to choose the material and not complicate it as it happens With most of the platforms, in this stock I can also find videos in all qualities, if it is a spot for youtube I download files for the web and thus I do not consume graphic resources from my computer, if I need the high resolution video I can find videos even In 4k, it's amazing.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

Although it is clearly a platform where its main objective is photography and video, they should add more content to use in other adobe softwares such as XD, sometimes I have the need to look for some elements to propose changes in the user interface but it is difficult to find them in other stocks.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the end of the videos there are always spaces where it is necessary to add videos of the topic so that the idea is better explained, in adobe stock there is always a content creator that sells that video I need and they take me out of trouble, especially when there is a deadline nearby and it’s not possible for the videographer to get the content.

  ### 49. The stock where material is found to prepare blogs and informative documents

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alfredo Andrés M. | Copywriter Jr, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

There are many variety of editorial options to choose from, they are compatible with indesign and I can upload them to the HTML web page with the help of the links generated from your server, with a couple of clicks the store and I can use it at that time or check it later, If you need to occupy an off-platform platform, you can download them in good quality.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

The material of the trends quickly reaches the editorial section, it is very useful for my daily work, it has never failed me.

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being responsible for the creation of blogs I must be aware of what happens in the world or is in trend to find something related to the turn of the company and publish it, many times they are national and international events and for that reason not we can go, local media publish the copyrighted notes so we can not use the material, with adobe stock we find the necessary material to publish the note at the moment.

  ### 50. The place where the quality material to work in adobe premier is located

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Stock?**

It has a good amount of excellent quality videos to use in my videos, mainly looking for content from people eating, cities and people preparing food, I found hundreds of videos, so for a long time I can use them without running out, I have also noticed that They are constantly adding new videos, photographs and graphics, which is worth keeping the license that the company now has.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?**

Personally I feel that it is a platform that meets its objective, provide us with content to use it in our work legally, everything has gone well with adobe stock.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Stock:**

It is a platform with a lot of multimedia content that you can use in your productions, it has simplified my way to get the content to make videos, I recommend it

**What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Producing our own content is for the expensive and time consuming company, in this stock we can find everything we need, it is not necessary to produce our own content from 0 to have a good quality video and this platform is linked naturally with adobe premier, so which facilitates my editing work at all times and I feel more relaxed for not having the worry of getting material.
