"Best video editing app I've used. Easy to use, yet very powerful!"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Premiere Pro?

I have never had a video project that I was unable to do in Premiere. The extensive library of effects allows you to complete almost any task. Additionally, the ability to interface with other Adobe programs (such as Photoshop, Audition, or AfterEffects) makes Premiere the ultimate video editor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Premiere Pro?

Some of the effects are somewhat hidden or named a bit awkwardly. You can do basically everything you need to do, but sometimes you need to work to find the effect needed. Also, when applying transitions between clips, the program sometimes places the entire transition on one side of the two clips rather than bridging the gap between the two clips. Recommendations to others considering Adobe Premiere Pro:

Use the Adobe Help website to answer all the questions you have on how to do particular tasks. It is extremely helpful and usually gives step by step solutions. I also recommend learning the hot-keys for the program to speed up work-flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Premiere Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Premiere Pro has allowed me to do a variety of work related tasks. It can be used for something as simple as editing a short social media video, or something as advanced as creating a long-form series with multiple types of media. The biggest benefit I've seen is the ability to set up the UI to my preferences and save those presets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
