"AEM: Enterprise-Grade Scalability and Personalized Content at Its Best"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a true powerhouse for enterprise-level organizations that need to manage massive volumes of digital assets and content across multiple global channels. It does an excellent job of bridging the gap between creative assets and content delivery by combining a top-tier Digital Asset Management system with a flexible Content Management System in one platform. That said, the learning curve is steep and deployment demands a significant investment, but its ability to scale and deliver personalized content remains unmatched. What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?

What I dislike most about Adobe Experience Manager is its staggering cost, extreme technical complexity, and the frustrating way it completely handcuffs day-to-day users to the IT department. The platform is exorbitantly expensive to license and maintain, requiring highly specialized, costly developers just to keep it running. Because the architecture is heavily over-engineered and proprietary, simple tasks like creating a new page layout or modifying a component are impossible without waiting weeks for developer sprint cycles. To make matters worse, the authoring interface is notoriously clunky and slow, and newer cloud guardrails have stripped away basic marketing agility-like injecting quick custom HTML- leaving teams with a massively overpriced system that restricts speed and penalizes creativity.
