"Intuitive, Scalable Platform with Strong Integrations and AI-Powered Capabilities"
4/5
What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?

What I like best about Adobe Experience Manager is how it brings content management, user experience, and digital marketing together in one platform. The UI/UX is intuitive and flexible, making it easier for teams to create and manage engaging digital experiences. I also like how well it integrates with other Adobe products and third-party tools, which helps create a more connected workflow.

From a performance standpoint, AEM is built to support fast, scalable digital experiences, which is especially important for organizations managing large amounts of content and traffic. While the pricing can be an investment, I think the ROI comes from the efficiency, scalability, and range of capabilities it provides in one platform.

I also appreciate the support and onboarding resources available, which can make it easier for teams to get up and running and take full advantage of the platform. Finally, Adobe's AI and intelligence capabilities are a big plus, especially as they help automate processes, surface insights, and create more personalized experiences. Overall, I like that AEM combines ease of use, strong integrations, performance, and intelligent features into one comprehensive solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?

One area I think Adobe Experience Manager could improve is its learning curve. While the platform offers a lot of flexibility and functionality, it can take some time for new users and teams to become comfortable with all of its features. The initial setup and onboarding can also feel complex, particularly for organizations that are new to AEM.

The platform’s pricing can be another consideration, especially for smaller organizations or teams with limited budgets. However, the investment can make sense for larger organizations that can take advantage of AEM’s scalability, integrations, and broader Adobe ecosystem.

I also think there is an opportunity to make some aspects of the UI and workflows more intuitive and streamlined. With the growing number of AI-powered features, I’d also like to see even more automation and intelligence integrated throughout the platform to reduce repetitive tasks and make content management more efficient.

Overall, my biggest concern is that AEM can feel complex at first, but its flexibility and capabilities make that learning curve worthwhile once teams become familiar with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
