What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?

What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?

Currently, the only thing I dislike is that some features that used to be in older versions are missing—specifically the custom HTML options. Now there are almost no options left to work with custom HTML/CSS at the page-building level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adobe Experience Manager helps us manage and publish content across EY.com more efficiently by enabling centralized content governance, workflow automation, and scalable content delivery. As a result, we can publish faster while maintaining stronger content quality, meeting accessibility compliance requirements, and delivering a consistent user experience across pages. Overall, it has reduced manual effort for our web teams, sped up content updates, and allowed us to focus more on strategic digital enhancements and ongoing user experience improvements.
