What I like most about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is its ability to bring together customer interactions across multiple channels and touchpoints to provide a more holistic view of the customer journey. Its cross-channel analysis capabilities, flexible data modeling, identity stitching, and integration with Adobe Experience Platform make it easier to understand customer behavior beyond individual digital sessions. I particularly like the potential to connect online and offline interactions, identify friction points across the journey, and generate deeper insights that can drive better business and customer experiences. While Adobe CJA offers powerful capabilities, its implementation and adoption can be quite complex, particularly when it comes to data modeling, identity stitching, and configuring datasets correctly. The platform also has a learning curve for users transitioning from traditional Adobe Analytics. I feel that data availability, processing latency, and the dependency on Adobe Experience Platform for several configurations can sometimes slow down analysis. More intuitive setup workflows, better debugging capabilities, and improved self-service features would make CJA easier to adopt and scale across business teams.
