"A big step forward from Adobe Analytics, with much greater reporting flexibility"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?

Data Views and derived fields are standout features, allowing us to change reporting logic, attribution and session definitions without development work. The ability to combine web, app and offline datasets is also a huge improvement over Adobe Analytics. Analysis Workspace remains excellent for exploring customer behavior and identifying opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?

Initial implementation can be complex, particularly around identity stitching, schemas and connection configuration. Troubleshooting data ingestion and missing records isn't always straightforward, and integration with other Adobe products like Target and AJO can require additional configuration. Some advanced features could also be better documented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
