The most that I dislike is that for every update Magento releases, it could cost you from $2500 up to $10,000 just for upgrading!. You need to spend hours dealing with javascript errors, reindexing issues, Database performance, buying all the possible security software, log analyzers, error analyzers out there to avoid being hacked or to have your website run slow.
