I like that Adobe Acrobat Sign lets me set required fields before sending, so signers can’t finish without filling everything in and I don’t get half-completed contracts back. I can set up a reusable template once with the fields already placed, which saves me from redoing the same layout and about five hours a week. I also value the audit trail, which shows who signed, when, and from where, and helps settle questions about a term quickly. I can set the signing order for multiple parties, so a manager signs after the client without me coordinating it manually. E-signing means I don’t have to prepare and send hard copies, and documents can be signed and returned by email in less than an hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I found the interface cluttered, with common actions buried in menus and not always obvious where to click, especially for occasional tasks. A simpler layout for everyday sending would cut down on the hunting. I also found setup quite difficult at first, and it took me around three days to feel comfortable using the tools and features.
