I like Adobe Acrobat Sign’s sequential approval routing because variation orders follow a defined path through our site engineer, project manager, and client representative without me having to chase each handoff. I also like the timestamped audit trail, which records who signed, when, and from where. It’s helpful if a dispute comes up months after practical completion. Mobile signing works well for site personnel, so supervisors and subcontractors can sign from their phones at the site office instead of driving back to their desks. Electronic routing has also kept variation orders from stalling site progress, and it keeps paperwork organized as work progresses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Large, drawing-heavy PDFs can slow down my phone, and loading or working with those files takes longer than it should. I’d like Adobe Acrobat Sign to handle large, image-dense documents better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
