"Fast, Flexible Signing—But Pricing Misses Small Businesses"

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

I like that Adobe Acrobat Sign lets clients sign shortly after a discovery call, so I can schedule the first session while their interest is still fresh. I like the signature workflow for routing agreements through client approval chains and setting who signs first, including HR and finance approvals. It helps prevent agreements from skipping an approval and avoids late surprises during invoicing. I also like turning our coaching agreements, training contracts, and participant forms into reusable templates with signature dates and client-specific fields. That saves time at the start of each cohort and keeps our commercial teams consistent. Integrating it with Google Workspace was easy and took just a few clicks. Sending the first agreement was quite easy, and I got a test document back from a colleague within about an hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

I find Adobe Acrobat Sign’s pricing tiers awkward for a small coaching business, since our signing volume rises around new cohort launches and quiets down between programs. I’d like clearer guidance on the allowances and administrative features at each tier, along with better pricing for smaller businesses. At the current pricing, I don’t think we can keep subscribing.
