I use Adobe Acrobat Sign to keep our document workflow moving when I’m away from my desk. Signing on the go is seamless: I can pull up, review, and sign a document on my phone in under a minute. Our average contract turnaround has gone from four days to under 24 hours because approvals aren’t held up when someone is away from their desk. The templates save us a ton of repetitive work. We can pick a template with the signature, data, and initial fields already placed, add the recipient, and send it; that saves us about 10 to 15 hours of manual setup each month. Keeping everything in one place with a clear audit trail lets us see which version was signed, when, and by whom, and has helped us avoid at least three potential compliance issues. I also found the basic setup intuitive, and day-to-day use is straightforward enough that our less technical team members can pick it up without formal training. The mobile app gets noticeably sluggish when I scroll through or tap signature fields in documents over 20 pages. Working with a 50-page agreement on my phone can get frustrating, so optimizing PDF rendering for larger files would make a big difference. Adobe’s documentation is comprehensive, but it can feel overwhelming because it covers the full enterprise platform rather than giving me a focused mobile setup guide.
