"Reusable Templates Make In-Store Waivers Fast and Paperless"

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

I love how easy it is to save our standard taste-test waiver as a reusable template. When we kick off a new testing session on the retail floor, I just pull up the template on my table, hand it to the participant, and they can sign right on the screen in two seconds. It makes my fieldwork so much smoother because I don't have to carry around clipboards or print dozens of paper form before the event anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

The app can get a bit frustrating when the grocery store Wi-fi drops out while I'm am standing in an aisle during a live testing event, as it sometimes struggles to sync the signed form right away. If I can recommend the solution, they should build in a seamless offline mode that can securely caches signed agreements locally on the smartphone and automatically uploads them the second the tablet is reconnected back to the internet. What problems is Adobe Acrobat Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a product researcher for a supermarket chain, I run a lot of customer taste tests and focus groups for new food items. I used to rely on paper consent and feedback sign-off sheets, which regularly got lost, damaged, or stained with food samples during live in-store testing events. Acrobat Sign let me move everything to digital tablets, so shoppers can sign instantly. Now, our research data is organized right away, I don't have to spend hours chasing missing paperwork or filling the data into Excel, which usually takes around 2-3 hours after every event.
