What problems is Adobe Acrobat Sign API solving and how is that benefiting you?

A couple of problems that this api was solving for us included obtaining esign from the end user on the contracts and other kyc documents and payment plans. Including the option of cosigining like when more than one perosn had to sign a document. Also, the feature having an audit trail of the document is the most helpful one to inspect when what happened with the document and to check if the requisite signatory signed the document within the specified date or not.
