I really appreciate being able to organize pages, combine PDFs, update text, use forms and e-signatures, and take advantage of some of the security tools. It's always important to me to ensure that any PDF hosted online is compliant. **What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?** I don't have many complaints about the product, as it seems to be the industry standard. The option available are very helpful and the best part is the software is very fast to and reliable. It's interface is very simple yet very appealing till date. You open as many as possible documents and work together with no issue. In my knowledge I have had many readers in experience, but none was such super fine. Moreover, it can share meta data as well about the files I have opened and the pricing according to me is very much on point. Adding to it is the ease in installation of the same software/application, you can easily install it and get start to work in very minimal time. And if gets any issue you can easily reinstall and get back at the same place where it all started to happen. Lastly, I am really enjoying the AI feature offered. It helps me to near perfection as I was able to understand and extract the pinpoints of a 1200 page in no more than mins. I’m constantly having to merge spreadsheets, Word docs, and photos into a single pitch deck for clients. Being able to drag and drop pages, rotate them, and delete fluff without leaving the app is a massive time-saver. Plus, the 'Fill & Sign' feature has basically made my physical scanner obsolete; I can get a contract signed and sent back in under two minutes. **What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?** The subscription cost is definitely on the higher side, especially for smaller teams or freelancers. Performance is smooth and would be better if it doesn't keep asking for premium plan subscription. Support and onboarding is slightly but pushy to buy a plan. I can directly edit text, rearrange pages, merge documents, and export files while keeping the layout intact, which saves me a lot of time. **What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?** Adobe Acrobat is very useful for working with PDFs, but it does come with a few drawbacks. The signature sequencing is a helpful feature that allows the change owner to implement the approval flow effectively **What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?** The frequent updates to the tool make it quite hard to keep up with the changes and to learn the current version. Before, if someone sent me a form, an agreement, or a contract, it was this whole tedious ritual: I had to print the document, sign it with an actual pen, scan it back to my computer, and hope the resolution wasn't terrible before sending it off. Now, the Fill & Sign feature is a total lifesaver. I can just type my details straight into the document, drop my saved digital signature on the line, and email it back in under a minute. Another massive plus is the "Combine Files" tool. Whenever I'm trying to pull together a bunch of different things—like merging a downloaded bank statement, a JPEG of my ID, and a text document for an application—being able to just drag, drop, and organize them all into one clean, professional-looking PDF without pulling my hair out is incredible. It now includes AI integration, which improves Acrobat’s capabilities. I can also add pages to my PDF, and that’s something I find really awesome. I like to print out my pdfs and the ability to add other content to the pdf makes it convenient and saves me from having to print out more than one file now that I can add in parts of another file where I need to. **What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?** It is not the software I dislike, but I did have a bad customer service experience a couple of years ago. He was not helpful and he was rude and made me angry as he talked down to me.
